    Great staff. Always get my order correct. Faster than other places I've been. Can be difficult to get in to because of islands in the way but overall worth trying to find a way

    Again...and again...another messed up order and not the food item I want is availabke. They don't have the Baja Black Bean Veggie Wrap despite the mobile order accepting and showing it is available at this store. I ordered ONLY two of the same drink instead and the barista only charged for one item...I didn't know because I just scanned the card on the Starbucks app. I was handed one drink and was told the order was for one. So I checked my order and it was one. The second barista that made my drinks created a second drink instantly at no charge. What the heck. I hate coming here.

    You get what you pay for but the wait time at this particular location is ridiculous. I NEVER have this issue on 25th and S or 10th West and Rancho Vista(which is a much busier location). I hope when the new one open up on 20th East and Palmdale Blvd that they're prepared for the busy times.

    Still crap service. Saw two employees behind the counter this morning and refused to take my order when I went through the drive thru...I honked my horn and they straight up ignored me.

    I gave 5 stars for service, taste and speed. The drive through moves fast. My hot chocolate mocha is always on point. And there is this one soft spoken male barista who works the drive in the mornings through who is very sweet. I'm glad this one is the closest to my house.
